1. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter also referred to as GDPR
2. The controller of personal data within the meaning of Article 4 of the GDPR is Elements Apartments - Martin Kasa, Jáchymovská 182, 36301 Ostrov, EID Nr.: CZ69454574, Tel: +41 765 212 606, E-Mail: booking@elements.apartments.
3. The administrator processes the following data: - personal data for the use of the reservation system: name, surname, email, telephone, account/payment card number, the legal basis for the processing of the client's personal data is the concluded accommodation contract; - personal data for the registration of clients: name, surname, place of residence, ID card number, nationality, email, telephone, account/payment card number, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the creation of the accommodation contract and § 3 of Act No. 565/1990 Coll. on local fees.
4. On the basis of the GDPR, the client has the following rights in relation to the personal data processed about him/her by the provider : - the right of access to personal data ; - the right to rectification of personal data ; - the right to restriction of processing ; - the right to erasure of personal data, this right is limited by Act No. 565/1990 Coll. the right to object to the processing of personal data ; - the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority ( Office for Personal Data Protection - www.uoou.cz ).
5. The client may exercise all his/her rights at any time in person at the provider's registered office or by electronic communication to the email : booking@elements.apartments
6. The controller only shares data with the provider of the payment processor Stripe.com and the booking software Smoobo.com.
